Himmel helical, bevel-helical, worm, worm-helical and parallel shaft gearboxes and their motorized versions are available in a variety of designs. All of them have a high-strength, low-vibration cast iron construction, designed for continuous operation. The gears are hardened and carefully ground for the most efficient and quiet engagement. To protect against dust or oil leakage, the shaft assembly is sealed with special inserts.
A wide range of possible combinations and a wide range of operating parameters, high flexibility and adaptability make this line a universal solution for many industrial applications. And also options for individual execution or adjustment of technical or design characteristics for a specific application are always possible.
The design offers the option of pole or flange mounting, as well as a combination of the two upon request. From optional equipment, electromagnetic brake systems, feedback sensors and others are available for order.
