Marzocchi Pomp external gear pumps are compact in design, very economical and easy to operate. They have excellent performance, are resistant to heavy duty and are designed for a long service life. A popular offering with outstanding power densities for a variety of hydraulic applications.
The basis of the pump stage rotors of this range is formed by a pair of hardened steel gears with a carefully machined profile to minimize noise and pulsation during operation. Bushings, flanges and covers are made of high strength die-cast aluminum alloy. Robust housing construction, compensation zones, double-lip sealing rings are used for sealing.
The unique pumps of the ELIKA range have a patented profile shape that reduces the noise level by an average of 15 dBA compared to analogues. The ideal offer for use in work areas sensitive to this factor. These are economical, highly efficient and compact devices for pumping a wide range of liquids with minimal flow pulsation.
