Conductix-Wampfler spring reels are used for automatic cable winding in various lifting and moving equipment, such as gantry cranes, grapples, magnets, lifting platforms, truck cranes, cleaning systems. These mechanisms work in a horizontal or vertical straight line.
Spring drum bodies are supplied with epoxy coating, flanges are zinc plated for corrosion protection. Drum drives are sealed capsules, and springs are made of heavy-duty special steel. Ring current collectors are located in a housing made of impact-resistant plastic.
All spring drums carry out power and signal transmission stably and reliably, and the service life is up to 100,000 cycles. Mounting flanges are supplied with the drum, which makes their installation and installation easy and simple.
