Friedrich unbalanced vibration exciters are used for conveyors, vibration systems with high load and flow rates. They generate directional linear oscillatory motions, are suitable for continuous operation and can operate at speeds from 500 min-1 up to the maximum allowable speed, with an operating torque equal to twice the static torque.
Depending on the ambient temperature, gear oil of the required viscosity is used. The drive motor can be all AC motors with a frequency of 50 Hz. The torque should be in the range of 0 - 300 rpm at 2.5 times the nominal value. When pairing two or more unbalance exciters on connecting shafts, the selected drive motor must be larger.
