Slip rings

Slip rings for phase-rotor motors are available in the following metals: steel, stainless steel, bronze, copper-nickel alloy. All of them undergo a mandatory quality control test under nominal and maximum conditions on special test benches.

MOLDED SLIP RINGS

The subgroup includes die-cast current collectors, using press-fit technology, with heat shrink. The following types of metals are used: steel, stainless steel, bronze, copper-nickel alloy. Excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidizing environments. Thanks to this manufacturing technology, the rings have the lowest coefficient of friction, which ensures excellent balance of the system, high productivity and durability in use.
