To ensure the smooth operation of your equipment, we have formed our own warehouse of copper-graphite brushes made of materials RC53, RC67, RC73, CG651, CG657, A20, K14Z3, C16, CM5H, CM3H.

In industries, as part of powerful electric drives in conditions of difficult start-up, AC electric motors with a phase rotor (slip-ring motors) are used. The use of these electric machines with limited inrush currents provides the required starting torque and significantly reduces the load on the power supply network.

An integral part of the operation of these collector machines is the constant monitoring of the brush-collector assembly and the timely replacement of consumables - electric brushes, brush holders and slip rings.

Over the past five years, engineers and technologists of our company have tested various graphite brush electric materials used in the manufacture of brushes for collector motors.
